What payment methods do you accept?
On the site, I accept two payment methods:
Bank card : secure payment directly online
PayPal : for more flexibility and security
Is it possible to pay by check?
Yes, payment by check is possible. For this option, contact me directly via the contact page and I will explain the procedure to follow.
Do you offer payment in installments?
Yes, installment payments are available through PayPal. This option allows you to spread out the payment of your order according to PayPal's terms and conditions.
How do I track my order?
Tracking your order is done in two steps:
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is validated.
I will email you the tracking number once the package is shipped.
You will be able to track the progress of your package in real time.
What are the order preparation times?
I prepare your orders on average between 1 and 2 working days . Your miniatures are then shipped according to the chosen delivery method.
What should I do if my package is damaged?
In rare cases, despite careful protection during shipping (bubble wrap, suitable cushioning), it may happen that a part of the miniature becomes detached during transport.
If this happens, contact me immediately. I will offer you the following options:
A return of the damaged item
A full refund
Your satisfaction is my priority!
Delivery
How is my package protected during transport?
I pack each order with the utmost care: bubble wrap, appropriate cushioning, and polystyrene. Your miniature is perfectly secure during its journey.
What is the delivery time?
In-stock items are shipped within 24-48 hours. Please allow 2-3 business days for mainland France via Colissimo or 4-5 days via Mondial Relay.
What delivery methods are available?
I offer two delivery options for your miniatures:
Colissimo - Home delivery
Your miniatures are delivered directly to your address within 2 to 3 working days.
Mondial Relay - Delivery to a relay point
Pick up your order at one of the 7,000 collection points in France, depending on your availability. Delivery time: 3 to 5 working days.
How much does delivery cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on the delivery method chosen and the destination. To find out the exact cost of your delivery:

Puis-je retourner un produit ?
Vous disposez d’un droit de rétractation de 14 jours à compter de la réception de votre commande.
Pour effectuer un retour :
- Contactez-nous via le formulaire de contact ou par e-mail pour nous informer de votre demande de retour.
- Renvoyez le ou les produits à l’adresse donnée par email.
Les produits doivent être retournés dans leur état d’origine.

The miniatures
How to understand the scales of miniatures?
Scale indicates the reduction ratio between the real car and the miniature. For example, at 1:43 scale, each centimeter on the miniature corresponds to 43 centimeters on the real vehicle.
Concretely, a 1/18 scale Ferrari model is approximately 25-30 cm long, while in 1/43 scale it measures approximately 10 cm.
What scales are available?
Our miniatures are mainly offered in 1/43, 1/24, 1/18 and 1/87 (HO) scales. The scale is always indicated in the product sheet.
The smaller the second number, the larger the miniature (e.g. 1/18 is larger than 1/43).
Does the miniature come with protection?
Yes, each miniature is systematically delivered in its protective box. This box preserves the collectible value and protects your miniature from dust and shocks.
The miniature is no longer in stock, when will you have it?
It's impossible for me to know exactly when I'll receive a new stock because I receive arrivals in dribs and drabs. Please contact me so I can keep you informed as soon as it's available.
